Campaign Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Campaign Terms") govern your participation in any promotional campaign, offer, reward, giveaway, cashback, or incentive program (each, a "Campaign") made available by Avici. These Campaign Terms apply in addition to Avici's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where a specific Campaign has its own published details, such as reward amount, qualifying action, or promotional period, those details form part of these Campaign Terms, and in the event of a conflict, the Campaign-specific details control for that Campaign.

Eligibility

Participation may be limited to eligible users as determined by Avici. Eligibility may depend on factors including account status, identity verification, geographic location, completion of a qualifying action, and compliance with these Campaign Terms and the Terms of Use. This Campaign is not available to users located in or residing in Belarus, Bangladesh, China (Mainland), Cuba, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and Vietnam. We may exclude any user from a Campaign at our discretion. One person may participate only once per Campaign unless the Campaign-specific terms state otherwise, regardless of the number of accounts, devices, or payment methods used.

Qualifying Actions and Rewards

Each Campaign will specify the action required to qualify and the reward offered. Rewards may take the form of cashback, credits, tokens, stablecoins, fee waivers, or other benefits. The form, amount, and delivery method of any reward are determined by Avici. Rewards have no cash value except as expressly stated and are non-transferable unless we specify otherwise. Rewards may take 3–4 business days or more to reflect.

Campaign Period

Each Campaign runs only for the period stated in its Campaign-specific terms, or until any cap, budget, or quantity limit is reached, whichever comes first. We may begin, pause, extend, shorten, or end a Campaign at any time.

No Guarantee

Participation in a Campaign does not guarantee any reward. All Campaigns and rewards are offered at our sole discretion. We make no representation that any Campaign, reward, or benefit will be available, continue, or be repeated.

Modification, Suspension, and Cancellation

We may modify, suspend, or cancel any Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to you. This includes changing eligibility criteria, qualifying actions, reward amounts, or the Campaign period.

Fraud and Abuse

We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or revoke any reward, and exclude or restrict any participant, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, the use of multiple or fake accounts, bots, self-dealing, collusion, or any attempt to circumvent these Campaign Terms or the intent of a Campaign. We may also take such action where required for compliance, legal, or risk reasons. Our determination in these matters is final.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges arising from your participation in a Campaign or receipt of any reward, except where we are required by law to withhold or report.

Disputes

We reserve the right to determine eligibility and resolve any dispute relating to a Campaign at our sole discretion. Our decisions regarding all aspects of a Campaign are final and binding.

Changes to These Campaign Terms

We may update these Campaign Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your participation in a Campaign applies to that participation.
