Dinner’s On Us — Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer and offer
Avici Inc. (“Avici”) is running the Dinner’s On Us campaign (“Campaign”). Ten eligible participants will be selected at random to receive a reward equal to one qualifying dining payment made with an Avici card, up to USD 50 per person.
The maximum total reward budget is USD 500. Entering does not guarantee a reward.
2. Campaign dates
All dates and times in these Terms are in UTC.
Qualifying payment window: From 10 October 2026 at 18:30:00 until 11 October 2026 at 23:59:59, inclusive.
Entry window: From 10 October 2026 at 18:30:00 until 12 October 2026 at 06:00:00, exclusive.
Winner notification: By 13 October 2026 at 23:59:59, subject to eligibility verification.
Avici’s transaction records determine when a payment was authorized. X’s timestamps determine when an entry was submitted.
3. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher.
Have an active, fully verified individual Avici account.
Use an active Avici card issued to their own account. Both virtual and physical cards qualify.
Reside in a jurisdiction where Avici cards and this Campaign are available and legally permitted.
Comply with these Terms and the applicable Avici account and card terms.
Residents of the United Kingdom, and users in unsupported jurisdictions, are not eligible. The Campaign is void where prohibited.
Avici employees directly involved in administering the Campaign, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
4. How to enter
Reply to the official Campaign post published by @avici on X with a screenshot from the Avici app showing a qualifying payment.
The screenshot must clearly show the merchant, payment amount and transaction date. Hide your card number, account details, name and other personal information before posting. Do not share passwords, security codes or recovery phrases.
Each person receives one entry and may win once. If a person submits multiple entries, their earliest valid entry will count. Additional payments, replies, cards or accounts do not increase their chance of selection.
Entries must remain accessible for verification until winner selection is complete. No repost, quote-post, follow or like is required.
5. Qualifying payments
A qualifying payment must:
Be a genuine purchase at a restaurant, café, bar or similar eating or drinking establishment, as identified by Avici’s merchant-category and transaction records.
Be authorized during the qualifying payment window.
Be made using the participant’s own eligible Avici card.
Successfully settle before a reward can be paid.
A payment may still be pending when the participant enters or is provisionally selected.
Grocery and convenience-store purchases, food subscriptions, gift cards, vouchers, cash withdrawals, transfers and separately charged card or foreign-exchange fees do not qualify. Failed, declined, canceled, reversed, disputed or fully refunded payments do not qualify.
Where a bill is split across payment methods, only the amount paid with the eligible Avici card may qualify.
6. Selection and reward amount
Avici will randomly select ten distinct participants from valid entries after the entry window closes. Each eligible participant has an equal chance of selection. The odds depend on the number of valid participants.
Selected entries will be verified against Avici’s records. An entry that cannot be verified or does not meet these Terms may be replaced through another random selection.
Each winner’s reward equals the final settled amount of the payment shown in their valid entry, capped at USD 50. The final settled amount may differ from the amount initially authorized, including because of tip adjustments or partial refunds.
For payments in another currency, Avici will use the USD equivalent reflected in its transaction records. Spending more than USD 50 does not increase the maximum reward or the chance of selection.
If fewer than ten eligible participants enter, all eligible participants may receive a reward. Unallocated rewards will not increase another participant’s reward.
7. Settlement and distribution
Rewards are paid in USDC to the winner’s Avici card balance.
A pending authorization is not a settled payment. Merchant settlement times vary, and Avici does not guarantee that a payment will settle before winner notification.
A reward will be credited within fourteen calendar days after both:
The winner’s identity and account eligibility have been confirmed; and
The qualifying payment has successfully settled.
The winner’s Avici account must remain active and able to receive the reward. Avici may request reasonable information through a private, official channel to verify the entry.
If a payment is later refunded, reversed, disputed or found ineligible, Avici may reduce, cancel or recover the associated reward, subject to applicable law. Any taxes legally payable on a reward are the winner’s responsibility.
8. Winner notification
Avici will notify provisionally selected winners by replying to their entries from @avici. Further verification may take place privately.
A selected participant must respond within seven calendar days of notification. If they do not respond or cannot establish eligibility, Avici may select a replacement.
Avici will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, password, one-time security code or payment to claim a reward. Campaign messages on X will come only from @avici.
9. Invalid entries and misuse
Avici may disqualify entries involving altered or misleading evidence, another person’s payment, duplicate identities or accounts, artificial transactions, coordinated abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
Disqualification decisions will be based on reasonable evidence and remain subject to applicable law.
10. General provisions
This Campaign is administered by Avici and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X or any participating merchant.
Avici may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security issues, technical failures or legal requirements. Material changes will be published with these Terms and will not remove a valid entitlement already earned, except where required by law or arising from fraud or ineligibility.
Information collected to administer the Campaign will be handled under Avici’s Privacy Policy. Participants’ X usernames and entry replies may be used to identify and announce winners.
These Terms supplement Avici’s applicable account and card terms. Governing law and dispute-resolution provisions follow Avici’s Terms of Service, subject to mandatory local law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
