Terms and Conditions
0. Why are you even reading this?
Nobody reads these. You clicked "terms" on a meme. We respect that, so we wrote real ones. Short version: buy a Porsche with your Avici card, get 20% back, capped at $10. Yes, ten. Everything below is the long version of that sentence.
1. The Campaign
Avici Inc. ("Avici", "we", the people offering you $10 on a Porsche) is offering a limited-time cashback campaign on qualifying Porsche purchases made with an Avici card.
Eligible users can earn 20% cashback, up to $10 USD equivalent per user. If you are working out what 20% of a Porsche is, stop. It is $10.
Both existing and new Avici users may participate, subject to these Terms. The Porsche is not included.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 22 September 2026 at 18:30 UTC and has no end date. It runs until Avici ends it under Section 9, which, given the budget in Section 6, may arrive sooner than "forever" sounds. Porsche delivery lead times remain not our problem.
Qualifying purchases must be charged to the card at or after the start time, before any published end time, and successfully settle before cashback is distributed. Avici's transaction records and timestamps decide whether a purchase falls within the Campaign Period. Your dealer's calendar does not.
3. Eligibility
To participate, a user must:
• Be at least 18 years old. You cannot buy a Porsche at 17 either, so this one is easy.
• Have an active and fully verified individual Avici account.
• Make the qualifying purchase using an active Avici Platinum or Signature card.
• Reside in a supported jurisdiction where the Avici card and this Campaign are available and permitted under applicable law.
• Comply with these Terms and Avici's applicable account and card terms.
UK residents and users in unsupported jurisdictions are not eligible.
Eligibility is personal and cannot be transferred, including to whoever you were going to let drive it. Creating additional accounts or using multiple cards does not increase the cap. It is $10 per human. Buying two Porsches does not make it $20. We admire the commitment, but no.
4. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a payment to an authorised Porsche Centre for a new or Porsche Approved pre-owned vehicle, including a deposit toward one, charged to an eligible Avici card during the Campaign Period.
Only the amount charged to the Avici card counts. Any portion paid by bank transfer, financing, trade-in, or your other card with the higher limit does not count. A $50 deposit already earns the full $10. We are aware this makes the whole thing slightly ridiculous.
The following do not qualify, and we have thought about this more than you would expect:
• Porsche Design sunglasses, wallets, watches, pens or luggage. Very nice. Not a Porsche.
• A LEGO Porsche 911. We checked. Not a Porsche.
• Servicing, parts, tyres, winter wheels, Taycan charging, detailing or a fresh coat of Guards Red.
• Porsche Experience Centre drives, track days, factory tours and museum tickets.
• A Porsche in Gran Turismo, Forza or any other game. Wrong campaign, respectfully.
• A taxi that happens to be a Porsche.
• Your uncle's 944, even if he swears it is mint. Private sales do not count.
• Resellers, brokers, auctions and unsupported merchants.
• Gift cards, store credit and wallet top-ups.
• Failed, declined, cancelled, refunded, reversed or disputed purchases. Test-driving the refund button costs you the $10.
Avici may determine eligibility using merchant descriptors, transaction amounts, processing status and other information available to it, and may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a purchase or a user's eligibility. A photo of you next to a Porsche is not supporting information, but we would still like to see it.
A transaction at a Porsche Centre does not, by itself, guarantee cashback.
5. Cashback Rate and Per-User Cap
Each eligible user may receive cashback on one qualifying purchase, at 20% of the amount charged, capped at $10 USD equivalent per user.
If a user makes multiple qualifying purchases, only the first counts. Not the biggest. The first. Choose wisely, or don't, it is $10 either way.
Cashback is calculated on the amount actually charged, after discounts and including applicable purchase taxes. Separately charged card, foreign-exchange, cross-border or other service fees do not earn cashback.
For purchases in currencies other than USD, the USD equivalent will be determined using the conversion reflected in Avici's transaction records. The cap is $10 in every currency we have heard of.
6. Campaign Budget and Availability
The Campaign is subject to a limited cashback budget determined by Avici. It is $10 per person and the total is not the number you are hoping for. Avici reserves the right to stop awarding further Campaign cashback once that budget has been reached, forever or not.
Rewards will be allocated in chronological order of qualifying purchases, according to Avici's transaction records and subject to eligibility verification and available budget. Avici will make reasonable efforts to communicate if the Campaign closes early.
Owning a card does not reserve a reward. Owning a Porsche does not reserve a reward. Owning both puts you in a strong position.
7. Cashback Distribution
Eligible cashback will be credited within 30 days after the qualifying purchase settles, following validation of the purchase and the user's eligibility. Your Porsche will take longer.
Rewards will be paid in USDC and credited to the user's Avici card balance. The user's Avici account must remain active and capable of receiving the reward at the time of distribution.
Avici may withhold cashback while reasonably necessary verification remains outstanding, or where payment is restricted by applicable law. Any reward that remains due will be credited promptly once the issue is resolved.
If a qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise found to be ineligible, the related cashback will be forfeited. Where cashback has already been credited, Avici may recover the corresponding amount, subject to applicable law and the applicable account terms. We will come for the $10. We will be polite about it.
8. Disqualification
Avici may disqualify a user where it reasonably determines that the user has:
• Provided false or misleading information.
• Used multiple accounts or identities to obtain additional rewards, which at $10 each is a lot of KYC for very little.
• Made fraudulent, artificial or non-genuine purchases.
• Manipulated transactions or attempted to circumvent Campaign limits.
• Arranged a refund or reversal to retain cashback without a valid qualifying purchase.
• Otherwise violated these Terms or Avici's applicable account or card terms.
Avici may withhold or recover cashback connected with prohibited or ineligible activity, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes or Cancellation
Avici reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be published with these Terms. Changes will not remove cashback already earned and allocated within the Campaign budget, except where necessary to address fraud, abuse, invalid purchases or legal requirements.
If we cancel the Campaign, you keep the Porsche. Obviously.
10. Taxes
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from receiving cashback. On $10. We know. Sorry.
11. General
The Campaign is organised solely by Avici Inc. Porsche, the Porsche crest and Porsche model names are trademarks of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and are used only to identify the qualifying purchase. Porsche is not affiliated with this Campaign and has not sponsored, endorsed or, as far as we know, read it.
Participation is subject to these Campaign Terms and Avici's applicable account and card terms. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Avici's Privacy Policy.
You made it to the end. That is more than the salesperson expected of you. Enjoy your $10.
