Terms and Conditions

1. The Campaign

Avici Inc. (“Avici”) is offering a limited-time welcome cashback campaign for new users who create an Avici virtual account and complete a qualifying USD or EUR onramp or offramp transaction.

The first 25 eligible users to complete a qualifying transaction will each receive a one-time reward equivalent to €75, paid in USDC to their Avici card balance.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on 8 September 2026 at 18:55:40 UTC and ends on 14 September 2026 at 18:55:40 UTC, running for exactly 4 days (the “Campaign Period”).

Users must sign up for Avici and create a virtual account after the Campaign begins, and complete a qualifying transaction before the Campaign ends.

Only 25 rewards are available. Once 25 eligible users have qualified, no additional users will qualify, even if the Campaign Period has not ended.

Avici’s records and timestamps will determine whether the Campaign requirements have been met.

3. Eligibility

To participate, a user must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Sign up for a new Avici account and create an Avici virtual account during the Campaign Period.

• Have an active and fully verified individual Avici account.

• Reside in a jurisdiction where the Campaign, the relevant virtual-account services and the Avici card are available and permitted under applicable law.

• Comply with these Terms and Avici’s applicable account, virtual-account and card terms.

Users who signed up for Avici before the Campaign began are not eligible, even if they create their first virtual account during the Campaign Period.

UK residents, business accounts and institutional accounts are not eligible. Eligibility is personal and cannot be transferred.

Avici may exclude users or jurisdictions where participation or payment of the reward would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. Qualifying Transactions

A qualifying transaction is a successfully completed onramp or offramp through Avici’s virtual-account services involving either:

• At least $100 USD in a single USD transaction; or

• At least €100 EUR in a single EUR transaction.

An onramp means a fiat-to-crypto transaction, and an offramp means a crypto-to-fiat transaction, processed through the relevant Avici virtual-account service.

The minimum amount applies to the fiat principal recorded by Avici, excluding separately charged fees. Multiple smaller transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum.

The transaction must successfully complete during the Campaign Period. A transaction initiated during the Campaign Period but completed after it ends will not qualify.

Pending, failed, declined, cancelled, refunded or reversed transactions do not qualify. Card purchases, ordinary card or wallet top-ups, and transfers that do not use the relevant virtual-account onramp or offramp service do not qualify.

5. First-Come, First-Served Selection

The Campaign is limited to the first 25 eligible users, ranked by the completion time of their first qualifying transaction, as recorded by Avici.

The 25 places are shared across USD and EUR transactions and both onramps and offramps. There are no separate allocations by currency or transaction direction.

Signing up, creating a virtual account or initiating a transaction does not reserve a place.

Where completion timestamps are identical, Avici’s recorded transaction-processing order will determine priority.

Each user may receive only one reward, regardless of the number of virtual accounts or qualifying transactions they have.

6. Reward and Distribution

Each selected eligible user will receive a one-time reward equivalent to €75, paid in USDC as a top-up to their Avici card balance.

Rewards will be credited 72 hours after the Campaign ends, on 17 September 2026 at 18:55:40 UTC, subject to validation of eligibility and the qualifying transaction.

The USDC amount will be calculated using the EUR-to-USDC conversion rate recorded by Avici at the time of payout. The reward is denominated in EUR and is not a fixed payment of 75 USDC.

An active Avici card capable of receiving the top-up is required for reward delivery.

Avici may delay an individual reward where additional checks are reasonably necessary to resolve suspected fraud, a transaction reversal or a legal restriction. Once those checks are resolved, any reward still due will be credited promptly.

If a qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded, reversed or found to be ineligible, Avici may recover the corresponding reward, subject to applicable law and the applicable account terms.

7. Disqualification

Avici may disqualify a user where it reasonably determines that the user has:

• Provided false or misleading information.

• Used multiple accounts or identities to claim additional rewards.

• Manipulated transaction timing or records.

• Used fraudulent, artificial or non-genuine transactions to qualify.

• Arranged a transaction reversal to retain a reward without a valid qualifying transaction.

• Otherwise violated these Terms or Avici’s applicable service terms.

A disqualified user will not be entitled to a reward. Avici may withhold or recover rewards associated with prohibited or ineligible activity, subject to applicable law.

8. Changes or Cancellation

Avici may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical problems, legal or regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Material changes will be published with these Terms. Changes will not remove rewards already earned through qualifying transactions, except where necessary to address fraud, abuse, invalid transactions or legal requirements.

9. Taxes

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from receiving the reward.

10. General

The Campaign is organised solely by Avici Inc.

Participation is subject to these Campaign Terms and Avici’s applicable account, virtual-account and card terms. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Avici’s Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
