Terms and Conditions

1. The Campaign
Avici Inc. ("Avici") is running the "Weekend's On Us" campaign (the "Campaign") on X. Avici will select ten (10) eligible participants at random and return the amount of one qualifying card payment each made with an Avici card, subject to the per-winner limit in Section 6. Separately, Avici is offering a free virtual Avici Platinum card to the first one hundred (100) eligible new cardholders who order through the Campaign link, as set out in Section 8.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign covers card payments authorised between 17 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC and 18 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the "Campaign Period"). Entries must be posted by 19 October 2026 at 06:00 UTC. Avici's transaction records and timestamps determine whether a payment falls within the Campaign Period.
3. Eligibility
To participate, a person must:
• be at least 18 years old;
• have an active, fully verified individual Avici account;
• make the qualifying payment with an active Avici card (virtual or physical) issued to that account;
• reside in a country where the Avici card is available, as listed at https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/secured-credit-cards/regions-and-prohibitions-for-avici-card, and where this Campaign is permitted under applicable law;
• comply with these Terms, X's rules and Avici's Terms of Service.
Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible. Avici employees, contractors and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Each person may win once. Additional accounts, cards or entries do not increase a person's chance of winning.
4. How to Enter
Reply to the Campaign post published by @avici on X with a screenshot from the Avici app showing one qualifying payment. The screenshot must show the merchant, amount and date. Hide your name, card number and any other personal details before posting. Only one entry per person counts; if a person posts more than once, the first eligible entry counts.
5. Qualifying Payments
A qualifying payment is a purchase from a merchant, authorised on an eligible Avici card during the Campaign Period and not later declined, cancelled, refunded, reversed or disputed.
The following do not qualify: ATM withdrawals, cash advances and other cash or quasi-cash transactions; money transfers, wallet top-ups and payments to financial services or crypto platforms; gift cards, vouchers and prepaid cards; gambling; payments to a merchant controlled by the entrant; card, foreign-exchange or other fees charged separately; and any portion of a payment made with another payment method.
6. Selection and Reward
After entries close, Avici will select ten (10) winners at random from valid entries and may select reserve winners. Avici will verify each selected entry against its transaction records. An entry that cannot be matched to a qualifying payment on the entrant's own Avici account will be replaced by a reserve.
Each winner receives a reward equal to the settled amount of their qualifying payment, up to a maximum of USD 50 per winner (or the USD equivalent, using the conversion in Avici's transaction records). Where a payment has not settled by the time of selection, the reward is calculated on the settled amount once it settles. Avici will not award more than ten (10) payment rewards.
7. Winner Notification and Payment
Avici will announce winners by replying to their entries on X by 20 October 2026 and will contact each winner only from the official @avici account. Avici will never ask for a password, recovery phrase, PIN or one-time code. A winner who does not respond within seven (7) days may forfeit the reward, and Avici may award it to a reserve winner.
Rewards are paid in USDC and credited to the winner's Avici card balance within fourteen (14) days of confirmation. The winner's account must remain active and able to receive the reward. If the qualifying payment is later refunded, reversed or found ineligible, the reward is forfeited and Avici may recover any amount already credited, subject to applicable law.
8. Free Virtual Platinum Card Offer
During the Campaign, the virtual Avici Platinum card is free (100% off the card fee) for the first one hundred (100) eligible people who order it through the link Avici publishes with the Campaign post. The offer applies only to a person's first Avici card, one per person, and only to the virtual Platinum card. It does not apply to the physical Platinum card or to any Signature card (virtual or physical). It ends when one hundred cards have been ordered through the link or when Avici ends the Campaign, whichever comes first. Identity verification and the card eligibility rules in Section 3 apply. The free virtual Platinum card is not a payment reward and does not count as an entry. Free card holders may enter under Section 4 if they make a qualifying payment in the Campaign Period.
9. Disqualification
Avici may disqualify an entry or withdraw a free card offer where it reasonably determines that the participant provided a false, altered or another person's screenshot; used multiple accounts, cards or identities; made artificial or non-genuine payments; arranged a refund or reversal after entering; or otherwise breached these Terms or Avici's account or card terms.
10. General
• This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X Corp. or any merchant shown in an entry or in Campaign materials.
• Avici may amend, suspend or end the Campaign where reasonably necessary, including for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or technical reasons. Changes will be posted on this page and will not reduce a reward already confirmed.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their reward.
• By entering, participants agree that Avici may reply to, quote and refer to their public entry on Avici's social channels, including when announcing winners.
• These Terms supplement Avici's Terms of Service (https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/legal/terms-of-service-avici-card) and Privacy Policy (https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/legal/privacy-policy), which govern in all other respects, including governing law and dispute resolution.
