Worst Fee Wins Campaign

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. The Campaign

Avici Inc. ("Avici") is running the "Worst Fee Wins" campaign (the "Campaign") on X. Participants reply to the Campaign post published by Avici's official X account, @avici (the "Campaign Post"), describing a fee their bank or card provider charged them. Avici will select up to ten (10) winners. Each winner receives a reward equal to the amount of the fee described in their winning entry, subject to the per-winner limit in Section 7 and these Terms.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign opens when the Campaign Post is published on @avici and closes on 18 October 2026 at 23:59 IST (18:29 UTC) (the "Campaign Period"). Replies posted outside the Campaign Period are not eligible. X's timestamps and Avici's records determine whether a reply falls within the Campaign Period.

3. Eligibility

To win, a participant must:

• be at least 18 years old;

• hold, or open before the verification deadline in Section 8, an individual Avici account, and complete Avici's identity verification;

• reside in a country where the Avici account is available, as listed at https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/secured-credit-cards/regions-and-prohibitions-for-avici-card, and where this Campaign is permitted under applicable law;

• comply with these Terms, X's rules and Avici's Terms of Service.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible. Residents of jurisdictions on Avici's prohibited list are not eligible. Avici employees, contractors and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Eligibility is personal and cannot be transferred.

4. How to Enter

Reply to the Campaign Post during the Campaign Period from your own public X account and describe one fee charged to you by your bank or card provider. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person is accepted. If a person replies more than once, only their first eligible reply counts. Entries made through multiple or duplicate X accounts, or by automated means, are disqualified, and any person who uses them is not eligible to win.

Do not post account numbers, statements or other personal financial information in a public reply.

5. Qualifying Fees

A qualifying fee is a fee or charge levied by a bank or card provider on the participant's own personal account or card (for example a maintenance, minimum balance, overdraft, transaction, ATM, statement or inactivity fee) that was charged within the 12 months before the Campaign opened.

The following do not qualify: fees already refunded or reversed by the provider; interest; fees charged to a business account; fees charged by Avici; and fees that cannot be verified under Section 8.

6. Selection of Winners

After the Campaign Period closes, Avici will select up to ten (10) winners from eligible entries. Avici will judge entries on how unexpected or unfair the fee is and how clearly the entry explains it. If two entries are judged equal, the earlier entry wins. Likes, reposts and other engagement are not selection criteria. Avici will select ten winners if there are at least ten eligible entries, and may also select reserve winners. Avici's decision is final.

Avici will contact selected winners by 21 October 2026.

7. Rewards and Per-Winner Limit

Each winner receives a reward equal to the amount of the qualifying fee described in their entry and verified under Section 8, up to a maximum of USD 25 per winner. One reward per person. Fees charged in a currency other than USD are converted to USD at the mid-market exchange rate published by XE.com on the day the fee was charged.

The reward is a promotional payment from Avici. It is not a refund from, or on behalf of, the participant's bank or card provider, and does not affect any claim the participant may have against their provider.

8. Verification

Avici will contact winners only from the official @avici account on X, by reply or direct message. Avici will never ask for passwords, recovery phrases or card PINs.

To claim, a winner must, within seven (7) days of being contacted:

• send Avici, by private message only, reasonable proof of the fee, such as a statement line or notice showing the fee, the date and the provider, with all other details redacted; and

• open or hold an Avici account and submit the identity verification information Avici requests.

A winner who submits proof and verification information within the seven days will not lose the reward because Avici's review is still in progress. If a winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be verified or is found ineligible, the reward is forfeited and Avici may award it to a reserve winner.

Proof is used only to verify the entry and is handled in accordance with Avici's Privacy Policy: https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/legal/privacy-policy

9. Payment

Verified rewards are paid in USDC and credited to the winner's Avici account within thirty (30) days after verification is complete. Where the winner holds an Avici card, the reward is credited to the card balance. The winner's Avici account must remain active and able to receive the reward at the time of payment.

10. General

• Avici may disqualify any entry that is false, automated, offensive, infringing or made in bad faith, and may recover any reward obtained in breach of these Terms.

• Avici may suspend, modify or end the Campaign where required by law, or where fraud or a technical failure prevents it from running as intended. Any change will be posted on this page and will not reduce a reward already verified under Section 8.

• Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their reward.

• By entering, participants agree that Avici may reply to, quote and refer to their public reply on Avici's social channels, including when announcing winners. Avici will not publish any private proof.

• This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X Corp. or by any bank or card provider named in an entry.

• These Terms supplement Avici's Terms of Service (https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/legal/terms-of-service-avici-card), which govern in all other respects, including governing law and dispute resolution.
