Referrals Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 23 September 2026
Referrals (the “Program”) is operated by Avici Inc., 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, Delaware 19709 (“Avici”, “we”, “us”). By participating, you agree to these terms, the Avici Terms of Use, and the applicable card terms. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
1. Program documentation
Reward rates, level requirements, bonus amounts, qualifying-spend thresholds and periods, introductory offers, and leaderboard prizes are published for Referrals in the Referrals documentation (“Program Documentation”). The applicable Program Documentation forms part of these terms.
The Program Documentation governs those rates, amounts, thresholds, and promotional periods. These terms govern the general conditions, including eligibility, exclusions, claims, expiry, and recovery, and prevail over conflicting Program Documentation on those matters. For Program matters, these terms take precedence over conflicting general terms, except the governing-law and dispute provisions of the Avici Terms of Use. Changes are subject to Section 8.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 or older, have completed identity verification (“KYC”), and hold an Avici account. To earn or claim rewards as a referrer, you must have an active Avici card. The referred friend’s one-time reward is subject to the conditions in Section 3. A friend may enter a referral link or code before completing KYC or purchasing a card.
The Program is available wherever Avici cards are supported, subject to geographic and legal restrictions. Card services are currently unavailable to residents of Belarus, China (Mainland), Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. U.S. state restrictions and other limitations may also apply. See Avici’s card availability documentation.
3. Referrals and rewards
Your friend must enter your referral link or code before their KYC is approved. An existing unverified account may be linked. Once accepted, the referral relationship cannot be changed; accounts with approved KYC cannot be referred.
You may earn commissions on your friends’ eligible card spending, milestone rewards, and level bonuses under the Program Documentation. These commissions are separate from your friends’ own card cashback. A friend qualifies toward your level upon meeting the eligible-spend threshold. A milestone reward additionally requires meeting that threshold within the stated period. Once reached, a level is retained, and each level bonus is awarded only once.
Referral commissions are earned on up to US$10,000 of eligible settled card spending per referred user in any rolling 30-day period. This limit applies separately to each referred user. Spending above the limit does not earn referral commissions.
A friend’s one-time reward is limited to their first qualifying paid card purchase. The referred friend’s reward becomes claimable after successful KYC approval and the successful purchase and issuance of a qualifying card. No personal spending threshold applies to earning or claiming this reward. If a promotional code is used on that card order, the friend’s purchase reward and the referrer’s milestone reward are unavailable; commissions and level progress remain available.
Introductory commission rates replace normal level rates during the applicable offer period. Eligible referrals retain their introductory rate for the full period specified in their offer, including when enrollment in that offer ends. The normal level rate applies afterward.
4. Eligible spending and exclusions
Only settled eligible card spending, net of refunds, counts toward commissions and spending requirements. Pending, declined, cancelled, voided, and reversed transactions do not qualify. Partial refunds reduce qualifying spending and the associated percentage commissions proportionately. Fixed rewards may be reversed if their qualifying conditions are no longer met, subject to the retained-level and one-time-bonus rules in Section 3.
Excluded transactions include:
ATM withdrawals, cash disbursements, cash advances, and quasi-cash purchases;
money transfers, wire transfers, and remittances;
wallet top-ups, funding transactions, and reloads;
gambling, lotteries, and betting;
government payments, including courts, fines, bail, taxes, and government postal services;
insurance payments; and
cryptocurrency or digital-asset purchases, gift cards, and prepaid products.
These exclusions apply to commissions, your friend’s qualification and milestone spending, and your own spending requirement. Transactions are identified using merchant category codes and descriptions; the category-code list is provided in the Program Documentation.
5. Claims, payment, and expiry
Cashback commissions become claimable 30 days after the underlying transaction, provided it has settled, remains eligible, and the applicable claim requirements have been met.
Milestone rewards and level bonuses become claimable once their qualifying conditions and applicable claim requirements have been met. Leaderboard prizes become claimable after winners are confirmed and the applicable claim requirements have been met. The referred friend’s reward becomes claimable as described in Section 3.
Claims are subject to the eligibility and spending requirements in the Program Documentation. For each reward, the 90-day claim period starts only once its qualifying conditions, applicable waiting period, and claim requirements have been met.
Claims are paid in USDC to your Avici card, with no claim fee, minimum claim amount is $1. You may submit one claim every 24 hours, measured from your previous claim request. Bonuses and leaderboard prizes are credited to your Referrals rewards balance and use the same claim process.
Rewards must be claimed within 90 days of becoming claimable. Unclaimed rewards then expire and are forfeited. They cannot be claimed or reinstated after expiry.
6. Monthly leaderboard
Monthly rankings are based on eligible referral earnings, net of refunds, during each calendar month in UTC. The Program Documentation specifies qualifying earnings and prizes. If earnings are equal, the participant who first reached the relevant prize position retains it, as recorded by Avici.
Leaderboard rewards are available to participants whose Avici accounts and Referrals access are active when winners are confirmed.
Winners are confirmed after month-end review. Prizes are credited to their rewards balances and are subject to Section 5.
7. Misuse, reviews, and clawback
Self-referrals, fictitious or duplicate accounts, unauthorized use of another person’s details, and transactions arranged solely to manufacture rewards are prohibited. Invitations must be lawful and accurate, and you must disclose that you may receive a reward.
Avici may verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud, misuse, unusual activity, or errors, and hold affected rewards during a review. Rewards attributable to fraud, misuse, ineligibility, refunds, reversals, or errors may be withheld, cancelled, corrected, or reversed. A refunded qualifying card purchase also reverses the friend’s purchase reward.
Rewards already paid may be recovered by deduction from the recipient’s future referral rewards. Avici does not debit the recipient’s wallet for this recovery. You may request a review of a reward decision through in-app support.
8. Changes and general terms
Avici may amend, pause, or end the Program under the campaign provisions of the Avici Terms of Use and applicable law. Updated terms and Program Documentation will be made available through Avici’s website or app. Changes to offer parameters apply prospectively and do not shorten an introductory period already granted to an eligible referral. Changes do not reduce rewards already validly earned, including rewards awaiting the 30-day claim period. Those rewards remain subject to the claim, expiry, and recovery rules that applied when earned. This protection does not limit Avici’s rights to review, withhold, reverse, or recover rewards under Section 7.
You are responsible for applicable taxes. Section 18 of the Avici Terms of Use governs disputes, including Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, individual AAA arbitration in Wilmington, the class-action and jury-trial waivers, and the stated arbitration opt-out procedure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
