Avici provides a self-custody cryptocurrency smart contract wallet platform, including wallet generation services powered by ZeroDev. We also facilitate access to cryptocurrency on/off-ramping services through Mudrex (mudrex.com) and crypto debit card services through Rain Cards (Raincards.xyz).

3. Self-Custody and Limited Liability

3.1. Avici operates as a non-custodial wallet service. This means we never hold, store, or have access to your cryptocurrency assets or private keys.

3.2. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet credentials

• Any loss of access to your wallet

• Any unauthorized transactions from your wallet

• Any errors you make in managing your cryptocurrency assets

3.3. Avici explicitly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency assets

• Unauthorized access to your wallet

• Network failures or blockchain-related issues

• Any technical problems that may result in loss of access or assets

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. On/Off Ramping Services:

• On/off ramping services are provided by Mudrex and or more patners in the future

• These services are subject to Mudrex's or other partners own terms of service and privacy policy

• Avici is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or losses related to Mudrex's services

4.2. Crypto Debit Card Services:

• Debit card services are provided by Rain Cards or other partners

• These services are subject to Rain Cards' or other partners own terms of service and privacy policy

• Avici is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or losses related to Rain Cards or other partner services

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services

• Maintain the security of your account and credentials

• Accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions

6. Disclaimers

6.1. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

6.2. Avici does not guarantee:

• The availability or continuity of our services

• The accuracy of any cryptocurrency-related information

• The success of any cryptocurrency transactions

• The security of third-party services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avici and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency assets, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
